2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup snap peas or green beans
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix rice, teriyaki sauce, soup, broth, milk, and onion in a bowl.
3. Stir in chicken, pineapple, snap peas, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour into greased 9×13 inch baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour.
