1 lb. egg noodles
1.5 lbs. beef (ribeye/sirloin)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
8 oz mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
1. Sear beef in oil, set aside.
2. Sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
3. Stir in flour, add broth, Worcestershire, mustard.
4. Return beef, add sour cream, simmer.
5. Serve over egg noodles.
