2 tbsp butter
1.5 lb chicken thighs, bite-sized
1 onion, minced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 thumb ginger, minced
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 cups chicken broth
1 lb sweet potato, diced
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 tsp salt
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
