6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 recipe Bang Bang sauce (or 1 cup store-bought)
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
