8 oz rice noodles or lo mein noodles
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snow peas
1 carrot, julienned
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds, cilantro for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package, drain, set aside.
2. Mix sauces in a small bowl.
3. Stir-fry beef in oil until browned, set aside.
4. Stir-fry vegetables, return beef, add noodles, toss with sauce.
5. Garnish and serve.
